Kari Moreno

Kari Moreno is a licensed real estate agent who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University.  Having joined the Houses & More Real Estate team in 2018, she is a member of the National Board of Realtors® and the Morgantown Board of Realtors®.  

 Kari and her husband Tony have been married since 2001, and they have four children: Kaitlyn, Grace, Lily, and Antonio. As a military family, they have lived all over the United States including Hawaii, California, Georgia and Virginia - but West Virginia always felt like home. Some of Kari's favorite memories as a child are of visiting extended family in Preston County, and in 2016, she and her family made the permanent move to Kari's birthplace of Kingwood. 

 An active member of the Preston County community, Kari currently serves on the Kingwood Blueprints Team and the Preston County Chamber of Commerce board, and she is President of the Kingwood Rotary Club.
