Born and raised in Ohio, Sarah Wilson moved to West Virginia to attend WVU, where she quickly fell in love with the Mountain State. After spending 10+ years in Morgantown, she purchased her first home in 2017 from Houses & More and planted roots in Preston County, where she continues to live today with her husband, Chris, and their children, Sophia, Benny, and Isla.
In addition to her work in real estate, Sarah is an accountant and the owner of Lotus Management Services which is a local bookkeeping business, specializing in construction accounting and project management. Through her work with clients building and renovating homes, she discovered a passion for helping people bring their vision to life—whether that’s designing a space, choosing finishes, or finding the perfect place to call home. That passion naturally led her into real estate, where she now helps clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives with confidence and ease.
Sarah has always had a genuine curiosity and appreciation for homes of all kinds, and she brings that enthusiasm into every showing and transaction. She loves helping clients not only find a house—but truly feel at home.
When she’s not working, you can find her chauffeuring and cheering on her kids at their sporting events, reading (if audiobooks count), riding side-by-sides, or planning her next travel adventure.
