A native of Preston County, Susan values the spirit of community that endears it to anyone who has ever called Preston County home.  She especially enjoys her career in real estate as it allows her to participate in community growth by helping her clients – individuals and businesses – fulfill their goals.

A corporate management background- including experience as a Controller, Risk Manager, Events Planner and Human Resources & Employee Development Manager – allows Susan to stand out in the crowd.  A knowledgeable, highly skilled Broker to have at your side,  Susan is equipped to competently guide your real estate endeavors in Commercial, Land, Farm, Residential and Property Management.

 

 

Born and raised in Kingwood, Jessica is a Realtor® offering dedicated client service and marketing savvy. Having earned a BA in Communication Studies & Public Relations from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington, Jessica understands the importance of clear and effective communication with her clients. She enjoys helping people find exactly what they are seeking in new home, business, land or other property and she values making & maintaining close relationships both during and after this process. Jessica serves as a Local Director on the Morgantown Board of Realtors® and is a member of the Professional Standards committee, Homeowners Association committee and Bylaws committee. When she is not working, you can usually find Jessica playing fetch with her labradoodle Colt, pinteresting on her ipad, shopping for antiques at local auctions or spending time with her friends & family.

An active member of the community since moving to Kingwood in 1993, Helen has served the residents of Preston County both professionally as a nurse administrator and personally through numerous service organizations. She has been a Rotarian for over 16 years: she is a past president of the Rotary Club of Kingwood, currently serves as the club secretary and is a Paul Harris Fellow. A lifelong animal lover with 5 rescue dogs and 1 turtle, Helen is a Membership Chairperson of the Preston County Humane Society and current Humane Society interim President as well as a member of the ASPCA and the HSUS. Her hobbies are antiques and collecting & preserving family history. She is a member of the International Willow Collectors and The Ephemera Society of America. Helen’s enthusiasm for community involvement extends to her dedication to her clients – she understands that buying or selling real estate is an important step in a person’s life and she works hard to make it a smooth & successful process for her clients.
